I am an MBA graduate from Southern Oregon University. I have a long history of sales in the athletic footwear and apparel industry, as well as pharmaceuticals. I’m now a high school substitute teacher and basketball coach. Four different sectors but one common denominator, “relationships,” are vital to all. The value of building relationships permeates through my leadership style.

Now that’s the business or school side of me. Remember, everyone has multiple sides. I’m a father, a coach, and an enjoyer of life. I’ve been an Army Reserve Officer driving tanks into ditches, and I’ve been a “snipe” (guerilla marketing- posting concert posters on wood poles) in LA. I’ve been broke and not so broke. All have taught me to love life and those around me.
I love stories. I love to hear them and to tell them. I love to laugh, mostly at myself. My life experiences have been great, some sad, some not as good as others, but overall it’s been great. I hope I have shared that enjoyment of life with my family and those around me so that they may, too, enjoy life. We only have one; don’t waste it on dreading it.
